Baragamer Contest

Baragamer is holding its first contest. The objective is to create a Bara character using a video game, 3D application, or avatar generator. One out of these three possible examples.

• Contest Period
  • June 2nd, 2011 through July 15th, 2011 @ 11:59 EST.
• Contest Entry
  • Submit photos or screenshots of a Bara character you personally created within a game. 3D application, or avatar generator. Please write a brief description about your character and which game or 3d application, or avatar generator it was made from.
  • You may use direct screenshots, camera, or cellphone photo.
  • If you are using a camera or cellphone, the character must be clearly visible.
  • Using Mods on characters is acceptable!
  • Using Photo Manipulation on a screenshot is acceptable!
  • Multiple Entries are accepted!
  • After contest is over, 1 lucky winner will be selected by Baragamer.com
  • Winner receives $10 ~ $20 game card out of the list of game cards described below.
• Featured Submission
  • By submitting to the contest, your character may become featured in a blog post at Baragamer.com crediting YOU the creator.
• Eligible Entrants
  • Contestant must be 18 years or older to enter.
  • Contestants should live within United States, or United States territories, but it’s not required*.
  • Contestant must type a valid email address in the submission form.
  • Without a valid email address, the winner may not be able to receive the serial code in email.
  • *The Game Card’s serial code may not work in your territory if you live outside of the United States. It is up to the winner to discern whether the card will work for a non- U.S game. We are not responsible if the code is not valid for a game outside of the U.S territories.
• Game Card Criteria
  • A game card allows one to input a serial number to receive credit towards the purchase of in-game store items or online gaming service.
  • The winner will receive the serial number from the card through E-mail.
  • Winner may choose 1 ~ 2 game cards equaling a value of up to $20 and may not go over that amount.
  • For Example: (1) $10 + (1) $10 = $20
  • For Example: (1) $17.95 = $17.95

  • The winner must select cards from this list of Game Cards up to $20 USD (United States Dollars).

Tell us about yourself: I am a down-to-earth guy who enjoys watching movies, writing short-stories, poems, and playing video games. I love to cuddle and be very affectionate. I am attending college and going for a degree in Humanities. I mostly spend my time online chatting and playing video games.

Online Gaming: Currently, I am playing Forsaken World. I like to go on Kongregate.com when I am bored to play the various games on there.

Favorite Japanese Artist: I happen to like Hatao Miyazaki who did the movies Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke.

Favorite Bara Characters: Gotta go with Beast from X-men, King from Tekken, and Rock from Soul Calibur.

So if you’d like to be interviewed you can submit your personal photo or a screenshot of a bara character. Speaking of Soul Calibur, the fifth game is coming out soon. Time for me to make more naked hairy men! Muahahaha!

Now you can download Daniel Devaugn into your Sims 3 game. You’ll have to download the custom content listed in the tutorial for him to look the same way. Daniel also has a store item called Mock Hock for his hair. If you do upload this Sim to the Exchange, you’ll probably get hit by Terms of Service violation since he is nude in the preview image.

• Description
  • Daniel is a 24 year old firefighter in Twinbrook. When he’s not rescuing lives, he plays gigs at Bridgeport with his terrible indie band. They don’t seem to get called back.

In this tutorial we’ll go over the brief steps on the mods you need to create your own nude Bara or Bear Sim with penis attachment. It will require custom content in the form of mods. Firstly a few things you need to have done before you start.

• Requirements
  • The Sims 3 with latest patch.
  • Download this Resource.cfg file

Firstly you must patch your game to the latest version, otherwise these instructions won’t work.

• In the  Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\ folder, create a new folder called Mods.
• Within Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods folder, insert the Resource.cfg file
• Within Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods create a new folder called “Packages“
• The Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder is where you’ll place all your mods.

Got it? Good! Taking a look at Daniel Devaugn he requires the following mods. You’ll need these mods if you want to get him look  similar. Of course it’s up to you to decide which mods you want to install.

• Mods
  • Hairy Skin @ Digital Perversions*
  • DBCAB Penis Model @ SexySims2
  • CrammyBoy Penis @ SexySims2
  • Nraas Master Controller

When using custom skins, The Sims 3 by default only holds up to 6. If you have more than 6 custom skins at the same time, additional skins will be unselectable. To avoid this, you’ll need to find a mod that allows you to choose more skins.

Download the Non-Default, No Sexy Feet version of the Hairy Skin.

When using Penis Mods, only one can be loaded at a time. DBCAB’s Penis Model only allows one version (erect or soft) to be selected. CrammyBoy’s Penis is an attachment but the same rules apply. Only have 1 penis mod loaded when you start the game. You can deactivate other penis mods by renaming them to something like package.old at the end of their file name.

If you’d like to see your Sim nude, you can use the following cheat, Press CTRL+SHIFT+C type “disableclothingfilter on” but this is only activated from the Nraas Master Controller. Then go to a dresser and select the nude bottoms  in the pants section and the nude tops in the shirt section. I usually designate the “swimsuit” outfit for nudity.  Unfortunately there aren’t any sex mods like The Sims 2, but if you have that be sure to submit your characters!

Body Types

Baragamer features men of various shapes and sizes ranging from muscular, bear, otter, and daddy types. If you’ve created any types of these men in videogames, artwork, 3d models, share some with the rest of the world. Additionally you can suggest any of these types of men shown in television shows, movies, anime, manga, comics, and online!

Similar to tumblr you may ask questions which will be featured within a post. So ask away!

Submit

You may submit Bara characters you created in videogames here. If a submission is featured on the site, you will be credited back. In the future you can use the submission form to enter the contest. Currently the contest is not running.

Podcast

From time to time, short podcasts will appear on the site. Some questions will be answered within the podcast, so be sure to Ask questions.
